• Fill out Student Continuing Education Folder
• Fill out Medical History Form
• Sign SSI Statement of Understanding
• View Risk Awareness Video, Part 3
• Sign Waiver and Release of Liability Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

• View SSI Boat Diving DVD/Video
• Review Section 1:  Selecting Your Dive Boat
• Review Section 2:  Preparing for Your Trip
• Review Section 3:  Traveling on Your Boat
• Review Section 4.:  Diving from Your Boat
• Review Section 5:  Finishing Your Boat Trip
• Boat Diving Final Exam

Note:  Students are expected to have completed Section Study Guide Questions 1-5 prior to class.

Open Water:    2 Dives

Students are expected to supply their own equipment, i.e. flashlights, marker lights, slates, etc. for this course.
