• Fill out Student Continuing Education Folder
• Fill out Medical History Form
• Sign SSI Statement of Understanding
• View Risk Awareness Video, Part 3
• Sign Waiver and Release of Liability Assumption of Risk and Indemnity Agreement

• View SSI Deep Diving DVD/Video
• Review Section 1:  Your Total Diving System & Deep Diving
• Review Section 2:  Planning Your Deep Dive
• Review Section 3:  Your Deep Dive
• Review Section 4:  Potential Hazards of Your Deep Dive
• Review Section 5:  Your Repetitive Deep Diving
• Deep Diving Final Exam

Note:  Student are expected to have complete Section Study Guide Questions 1-5 prior to class.

Open Water:    2 Dives

Students are expected to supply their own equipment, i.e. flashlights, marker lights, slates, etc. for this course!
